The Audio and Media Technologies (AMT) group provides the audio, video, and graphics foundation across all of Apple's innovative products across iOS, watchOS, tvOS, visionOS, macOS, AirPods and Beats. The Audio QA team provides audio software quality engineering support across all of Apple's products. We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive triage engineer to join our team as we field audio bugs from engineering, developers, and customerstruly, the whole world. In this role, you will interact with an extensive breadth of audio issues spanning across all of our hardware and software products, including accessories. Critical yet thoughtful thinking is your strong suityou are able to identify and appreciate the nuances of our products and features as they relate to digital audio. Those who are adept at load balancing, working with an ever-changing community of users and developers, all while handling inevitable context shifts, will shine in this role. This is a high visibility job that involves a deep understanding of what everyone on the team is working on. You will combine a love of Apple software and Audio with a strong dedication to product quality and reliability. Excellent communication and teamwork are a requirement, as you will be asked to work closely with bug originators, team members, and other engineering teams.
