Automotive Technician Assistant – Upper St Clair, PA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM | Weekends Off
Pay: $15–$20/hr

PTO: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 8 years
About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity to work side by side with ASE-certified technicians in a supportive, family-style environment. It's perfect for someone with a passion for cars who wants to learn the trade and grow into a full automotive technician career.
The Automotive Technician Assistant will help keep the shop running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience in real repair and maintenance work.
Duties
Assist with routine repairs and maintenance jobs
Organize tools and parts to keep work flowing efficiently
Keep the shop clean and tidy
Learn on the job from experienced technicians
Perform physical tasks, including lifting 35+ lbs
Requirements
Must be 18+
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Strong work ethic and reliability
No prior experience required – just enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Basic car knowledge required - (e.g., Jiffy Lube, tire changes, oil changes)
