The role of the Back of House Manager is to ensure the FWRD brand is delivered through a best-in-class retail experience. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage stock levels, logistics and sell through Ensure back of house is kept organized Partner with REVOLVE Warehouse team Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store. Lead & train the team in store to ensure consistent deliverables. Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, set expectations & own training for the store team. Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization. Understand current culture and areas for improvement, work with FWRD Pop-Up Project Manager for constant improvement through activations, recognition, and thorough communication Partner with sales floor team to maintain general understanding of the front of house Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Minimum of 4 years Retail Experience required. Minimum of 2 years Retail Management Experience required. Luxury retail management experience preferred. Candidates must also be outgoing, energetic, professional and good representatives of our brand and be able to emanate the FWRD brand life-style Motivated and willing to go above and beyond to service the client Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities The drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development The ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvement The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work Minimum Qualifications: Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts Understanding of Retail Labor Laws GSuite experience a plus A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
