We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager/Call Center Manager to lead and grow our call center team. If you're a natural leader who values service excellence, enjoys developing others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Customer Care Specialists
  • Monitor and promote staff engagement, productivity, and job satisfaction
  • Oversee lead management, appointment scheduling, and service call direction
  • Ensure each customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care
  • Continuously improving processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
 

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in call center management
  • Proven ability to motivate and guide teams to exceed goals
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software platforms
