Mercy Medical Group ( is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Critical Care Intensivist to join our esteemed team at Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento, California. This opportunity offers a shareholder track and is ideal for a dedicated physician committed to delivering exceptional care in a state-of-the-art 20-bed Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) . You'll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and multidisciplinary team, focused on advancing critical cardiac care.

Base salary: $444,106 - $496,354

Qualifications
Fellowship training in Cardiac Critical Care, Surgical Critical Care, or Anesthesia Critical Care is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have experience with exposure to Mechanical Circulatory Support (Impella, LVAD, ECMO).
BE / BC Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology candidates with additional Critical Care experience will be considered.
