Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse , you will provide high-quality patient care, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of all patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and adhering to established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, share knowledge, and promote seamless communication.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed, monitoring for adverse reactions and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress, symptoms, and interventions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on disease management, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) certification.
