Job Description Provide clinical facilitation to customers to ensure they are competent and confident in using the Allergan cosmetic range of products. Provide clinical training to Sales Managers and Product Specialists during team meetings. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Allergan product knowledge and support. Qualifications Experience in a sales or clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry. Previous experience in guidance and training. Healthcare-related degree, preferably DMD. Fluent in Hebrew and English (written & oral). Strong communication skills. Essential Skills and Abilities Ability to guide groups to acquire skills, make decisions, or complete tasks by facilitating communication, using interpersonal skills, and influence strategies to build relationships. Provide expert advice based on professional experience or training. Ability to sell tailored, value-added solutions to meet customer needs. Work cooperatively with others, communicate clearly, share information, involve team members in decisions, and demonstrate commitment to the team. Keep up with developments in facial anatomy and related areas. Seek diverse learning opportunities, quickly apply new knowledge, and use challenges as opportunities for innovation. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Approximately 80% of time will be spent in the field.
