Summary

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team in Maryville/Alcoa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission forward by facilitating leasing opportunities ,participate in development projects and assist the CEO. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn by training under the CEO.

We are not licensed real estate brokers nor are we seeking to hire one. This is an entrepreneurial environment and an excellent opportunity to learn commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential tenants to understand their real estate needs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of owner.
• Manage property listings and ensure accurate representation in marketing materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or leasing process.
• Visit, study and understand the local markets which are located in Pa, Tn, WV, VA, NJ, Ga, Fl, Tx, Mo, La & Al.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must be hardworking and strong desire to learn commercial real estate and management.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must be able to multitask and remain organized.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to build rapport with tenants.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
