Job Description

Overview HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Developer with extensive experience in multiple programming languages and Microsoft enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex solutions in Dynamics 365, SharePoint 365, and the Microsoft Power Platform. Strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills is essential to effectively collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and clients. Position is in Washington D.C. and requires U.S. Citizenship or Green Card. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Work on complex development projects using multiple programming languages and frameworks Collaborate with team members to design solutions, review code, and discuss alternative approaches Create and maintain technical documentation, including user stories, process flows, and system diagrams Integrate Dynamics 365 with SharePoint 365 and other enterprise systems Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for custom solutions Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security requirements Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in software development with a focus on: C#, VB language, JavaScript, XML, JSON Microsoft Dynamics 365 custom app development SharePoint 365 configuration and integration Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience designing solutions and presenting multiple technical approaches for evaluation Preferred Qualifications Experience working with federal government customers Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered About HarmonyTech We have been delivering information technology services and solutions across the Federal government and commercial clients for over a decade.
