This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with room to grow into higher-level support roles.
What You’ll Do:
As the first point of contact for our users, you’ll provide friendly, efficient technical support for hardware, software, and other IT issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Responding to technical support requests via phone, email, or chat.
Guiding users step-by-step to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Logging all incidents, solutions, and follow-ups in our ticketing system.
Escalating complex issues to Level 3 support when necessary.
Providing accurate information on IT products and services.
Following up with users to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Identifying opportunities to improve IT processes and support procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-oriented and patient demeanor.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and common software.
Experience with remote control or help desk software is a bonus.
High school diploma required; IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus.
