The Washington, D.C. office handles high-stakes litigation involving environmental regulations, mass tort claims, and complex compliance disputes.
Description:
The role involves representing clients in federal and state litigation, administrative proceedings, and multi-district litigation arising from environmental laws, chemical exposure claims, and large-scale mass tort matters. You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, develop defense strategies, and work closely with technical experts. The position offers immediate courtroom exposure, involvement in cutting-edge environmental law matters, and the chance to work alongside seasoned trial lawyers on matters of national importance.
