Your Role:

As a Fashion Sales Consultant, you'll create an engaging experience for every guest that walks into our boutique. In this position, you will radiate positivity and warmth, sparking genuine conversations to connect with our customers. The main focus will be on guest experience, along with these additional responsibilities:

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently with our boutique point-of-sale system.
• Share your knowledge of products, current trends, and promotions to inspire and assist guests.
• Help maintain an aesthetically pleasing and organized boutique through restocking and recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement company strategies and prioritize guest satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Position Requirements:

• Flexibility to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Capability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, performing activities such as bending, standing for extended periods, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
