TFC Poultry recently expanded and opened our second poultry production plant in Winchester, Virginia, as such we're currently hiring for our Financial Analyst.

The Financial Analyst will report to the Business Controller and will perform various tasks centered on the receiving, shipping, and moving of raw and finished materials.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Oversee and report out on monthly financial results
• Provide monthly variance analysis and insights versus forecast and previous periods
• Manage the tracking and development of key metrics relating to both financial and operational performance
• Partner cross-functionally to provide data and insights to key decision makers
• Drive intuitive graphical reporting for both financial and costing metrics as a tool for building Team knowledge and capabilities
• Support various month and year-end close duties, including audit and tax support
• Lead the Budgeting and Forecasting processes on a monthly and annual basis
• Assist in the capital expenditure process by making budget and actuals visible to the Team in a live manner
• Provide assistance to the Accounting team as needed relating to various tasks such as bank reconciliations, debt servicing, accrual entries, etc.
• Develop a thorough understanding of financial and reporting systems in use by various departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Promote personal and company image throughout the Community

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
