Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Coffee Shop Manager. This position is year-round and full-time.
Qualifications:
Availability to work within opening hours
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Positive customer service attitude
No experience needed
High school or equivalent (Required)
Valid Driver's License
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and service-oriented with a passion for coffee
Responsibilities:
Scheduling shifts for baristas and other staff
Ordering and maintaining inventory of all supplies
