Flat Glass Specialist is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of flat glass, insulated glass units, and showers. Leading by example and exemplifying our code of values, showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Specific Responsibilities: - Ensure Safety remains a top priority.
- Conduct accurate field measuring.
- Cut flat glass and mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns.
- Efficient use of materials and installation supplies.
- Accurately read tape measures and levels.
- Use the latest technology including tablet-based systems.
- Complete invoices, work orders, and measurement sheets via a tablet-based technology.
- Ensure the efficient use of materials.
- Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
- Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Job Requirements: - Prior experience in the Flat Glass Industry is a Plus
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
- Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
- Professional appearance and personality
Residential and Commercial Installers must have a valid driver's license.
$31,200 - $41,600 annually based on experience plus bonus potential.
