Were hiring on behalf of a high-growth, YC-backed startup thats transforming how modern sales teams operate and theyre looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join at the ground floor.
Youll be one of the first engineers on the team, working directly with the founders to build and ship customer-facing features powered by generative AI.
This is a rare opportunity to shape product, culture, and architecture at a pivotal stage with a team already backed by top-tier VCs and scaling toward $1M+ in ARR.
What youll do:
* Build high-performance, user-facing features in React, TypeScript, Python
* Help design and integrate LLM-powered functionality across modalities (text, image, audio, video)
* Work cross-functionally with design, product, and backend to deliver end-to-end features
* Deeply understand customer needs and rapidly iterate to improve UX
* 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
* Expertise in React + TypeScript and backend development in Python
* Strong grasp of APIs, databases, and infrastructure (e.g. Terraform, AWS)
* Experience with automated testing frameworks
* Bonus: interest or experience in generative AI
* A collaborative, practical, and customer-obsessed mindset
