Position: Full time K-12 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position
Location: New Castle, DE
Position Type: Full time 37.5/hrs a week
Contract: 8/25/25 - 6/11/26
Hourly Pay: 28-32/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Assist in reducing problematic behaviors in a school settings for students
Proficient in Moderate and Severe Behavior Caseloads, De-escalation, providing emotional/academic support, and Behavior redirection.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field is preferred but not required
Must have a Current and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - experience will not be considered without an RBT license
Must have experience working with moderate autism/behavioral disabilities
Minimum of 1 year experience working with K-12 students experience working 1:1 with behavioral students, autistic support, life skills, and emotional support
