Because this moment is bigger than all of us.The Game Presentation & Fan Experience Manager for the Boston Fleet is a key member of the live events and fan experience team, responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of all in-venue presentation elements at home games and select special events. This role ensures that every game delivers an engaging, polished, and emotionally resonant experience that reflects the values of the PWHL, upholds league standards, and supports the team's brand identity. This individual leads the creative and logistical aspects of game day production, including scripting, show calling, technical direction, and coordination with both internal departments and external vendors. They serve as the primary point of contact for all entertainment and presentation components, collaborating across departments to integrate marketing campaigns, community initiatives, partner activations, and ticketing promotions seamlessly into the live event experience. The Manager, Game Presentation will play a central role in shaping the atmosphere of the arena, ensuring every game feels unique, fan-focused, and impactful. With a focus on storytelling, precision, and operational excellence, this position drives both the strategic planning and on-the-ground execution of live programming, from pre-game rehearsals to final whistle. The role requires a strong balance of creativity and production discipline, as well as the ability to manage people, timelines, and technical elements in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, this role helps bring the team's brand to life in front of a live audience, strengthening fan loyalty, supporting commercial objectives, and creating memorable moments that define the game day experience.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Game Presentation & ProductionLead the end-to-end development and execution of game day production materials for all home games, including the run of show, host and PA scripts, timing sheets, and broadcast coordination notes.Manage a seasonal game day team of approximately 15-25 staff members, encompassing control room operators, in-arena hosts, public address announcers, DJs, hype teams, and game day assistants.Facilitate pre-game rehearsals and production meetings to ensure alignment across departments and readiness for live execution.Oversee all in-game entertainment and presentation elements for all home games annually, including the integration of video, lighting, audio, graphics, and live talent.Work closely with hockey operations to schedule and execute special presentations, ceremonial puck drops, and league-driven initiatives.Coordinate with social media, content, and broadcast teams to ensure unified storytelling across platforms.Manage the fan experience operating budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation while maintaining fiscal responsibility.Sponsorship Activation & Community EngagementOversee the execution of all in-game sponsored content, activations, and contests, ensuring full delivery of all contracted sponsorship assets.Develop and manage 5-10 promotional features per season, designed to meet sponsor objectives while enhancing the in-game experience.Collaborate with local organizations and community partners on theme nights and unity initiatives, including concourse activations, in-arena recognition, and video board storytelling.Fan Experience & Group Sales IntegrationCreate and deliver over 20 custom fan experience packages each season, such as Zamboni rides, youth intermission games, high-five tunnels, and on-ice ceremonies.Partner with ticketing and group sales teams to support fan retention strategies through personalized and memorable in-game experiences.Other duties as assignedRequired Experience & Skills: 4-6 years of experience in live event production, sports entertainment, or game presentation.Proven ability to lead large-scale event productions from concept through execution, including scripting, show calling, and cueing technical elements in a live settingExperience managing and motivating event day staff and talent under pressureStrong understanding of in-venue entertainment technologies including audio, video, lighting, and control room operationsCreative mindset with a sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and emotional impactExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external vendors and partnersDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with sponsorship activations, community engagement initiatives, and fan-facing promotionsSalary range for this position: $45,000-$60,000 USD*NOTE: This position will require working on-site at all home games and events, frequent attendance at practices and other activities in market..EEOC: The Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Job Questions:I understand that this job is not remote based and candidate must live/relocate to the Greater Boston areaI understand that the pay for this role is $45,000-$60,000 USD, DOE.Will you be able to attend home games, events, and occasional practices and activities for the team throughout the year, including working evenings and weekends?Do you have the required 4-6 years of experience in live event production, sports entertainment, or game presentation?Describe your experience in bringing a team's brand to life in front of a live audience,
