About The Role As the General Manager, you will lead your team to deliver a profitable store business plan, ensuring key metrics are met or exceeded. You will translate the brand vision into store experiences, drive sales growth across all areas including Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, and foster a best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities Analyze results, identify opportunities, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive performance Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales Manage store budget supporting the P&L Build and develop a high-performing team through sourcing, recruiting, and coaching Lead the implementation of standard operating procedures and initiatives Create an inclusive environment and promote community involvement Leverage OMNI channels to deliver a seamless customer experience Ensure compliance with all standards Qualifications 3-5 years of retail leadership experience College degree or equivalent preferred Proven results in retail management Effective communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed Physical ability to maneuver around the store and lift up to 30 lbs.
