Role Overview

As Growth Marketing Manager for our womens health vertical, you will own gotomarket (GTM) strategy and executionapplying best practices honed across highly regulated sectors. Youll combine performance marketing, demand generation, inbound/outbound campaigns, content marketing, and CEO to drive qualified pipeline and client retention. Reporting to the founders, you will serve as the primary client partner for OB/GYN practices, telehealth providers, fertility clinics, and wellness brandstranslating their compliancedriven marketing goals into AIsearch success stories.

Key Responsibilities

• GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement multichannel growth plansSEO/AEO, paid acquisition (PPC), programmatic ads, email marketing, social media, webinars, events, and PRtailored to womens health clients within a broader regulatedindustry context.
• Industry Expertise: Leverage insights from regulated sectors (healthtech, financial services, legal) and deep womens health knowledge (maternal health, fertility, hormonal care) to craft personadriven messaging and competitive positioning.
• Client Success & Consulting: Act as lead consultant for womens health brands, advising on marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM integration (Salesforce), analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and AIsearch best practices to optimize patient acquisition and retention.
• Content & Thought Leadership: Partner with content and design teams to produce SEOoptimized blog posts, white papers, eBooks, case studies, and webinars on womens health marketing, digital health trends, and AI in regulated environments.
• DataDriven Optimization: Define KPIs (traffic, MQLs, SQLs, LTV/CAC, churn); build dashboards; run A/B and multivariate tests; iterate campaigns to maximize ROI and accelerate pipeline velocity.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, customer success, and sales to refine productmarket fit, prioritize feature launches, and ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Team Leadership & Scaling: Recruit, mentor, and lead a small growth marketing teamspecialists in paid media, SEO/AEO, content, and analyticsas we expand our womens health practice.

Required Qualifications

• 46 years B2B growth marketing experience in healthtech, womens health, or other regulatedindustry SaaS.
• Proven track record scaling brands via SEO/AEO, content marketing, and performance campaigns.
• Handson expertise with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), AIsearch platforms, voice search optimization, and chatbot indexing.
• Strong analytical skills: Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo).
• Exceptional communicationtranslating complex healthcare and AI concepts into persuasive marketing collateral.
• Entrepreneurial, selfdriven, and thrives in a fastpaced startup.
• Experience managing or growing a marketing team preferred.
