*Summary*

As a Hair Stylist at Supercuts, you will have the opportunity to inspire customers by providing top-notch hair cutting, coloring, and styling services. Located in a vibrant salon environment, you will play a vital role in helping clients look and feel their best while advancing your skills through ongoing training.

* *Compensation* starts at *$18.00 for part time Stylists. *
* Stylists working *over 30 hours will receive $19.00 per hour.*
* You are *paid weekly via direct deposit.*
* *Tips are paid out daily.*
* *Paid Time-Off*
* For Full-Time Staff*, Health and Dental Insurance *as well as *a 401k plan with a company match of 3%.*
* *On-going training* and support.

*Responsibilities*

* Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.
* Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles.
* Maintain a clean and organized work and salon areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
* Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing payments.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques through continuous training.

*Requirements*

* Valid cosmetology license required.
* Proven experience in hair styling or barbering.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
* Familiarity with salon software such as Zenoti is a plus.
* Must be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
