Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process for salaried positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for salaried roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics to ensure a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare offer letters in alignment with company policies and employment regulations.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams by providing consistent updates and feedback.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods, such as job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract candidates with relevant experience.
• Leverage recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring operations.
• Assess candidates' technical skills and credentials to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
