Our client, a leading organization in the Tampa, FL area, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. As a HR Generalist, you will be part of the HR department supporting the management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and have a MINIMUM 2 years experience in a HR position

Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Tampa, FL - Onsite Westshore area

Pay Range: $28-$32/hr 

What's the Job?

• Perform HR-related duties including HRIS administration (Paylocity), recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Assist with Benefits administration, FMLA documentation
• Assist in new employee orientation, benefit enrollment, and HR compliance reporting.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and manage HR documentation and filing systems.
• Participate in special projects and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity, is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and reporting requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Previous experience in HR or related fields is advantageous.
