Role Details PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Independent Adjuster Auditor reviews Independent Adjuster and other Non-Legal Vendor invoices on behalf of our clients for services provided to insurance carriers, corporate legal departments and government entities. The auditor will apply client specified billing guidelines, rate schedules and/or GAAP principles and standards. Ideal Candidate ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE? The ideal candidate also possesses the time management skills necessary to complete tasks in a timely manner, is well organized and has the technical skills of estimating and computer skills to perform the job. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to understand and apply clients’ billing guidelines and standards. Work with client to develop or enhance billing protocol. Ability to effectively communicate with vendors to discuss compliance with client’s billing requirements. Effectively manage invoice workflow. Ability to work independently to finalize and approve vendor invoices for payment. Consistently meet company established performance standards for production. Work with other team members to jointly meet production objectives/goals. Qualifications On-site claims adjusting experience and/or experience as a Claims Professional for an Insurance/Reinsurance Carrier, Broker, or TPA. Background in property, liability, and/or CAT claims preferred. AIC and AIS professional insurance designations or State Licensed Insurance Adjuster preferred Taking Care Of You Wonderful team culture with career development and promotional growth opportunities. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ($60,000.00 - $65,000.00 + bonus potential).
