Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
The Crew Facility Maintenance is a small business that is focused on both Commercial and Residential Construction trades in Plymouth, MN. General Job Description:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure efficient and effective plumbing installations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
EXPERIENCE
- Possess Journeyman Card (Required)
- Proficiency in basic math for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their interaction with plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in plumbing work
TRAVEL : Some travel is required for this position; the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites.
