3 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking an experienced Kronos Technical Consultant to support and enhance our Workforce Management (WFM) systems. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of technical expertise in Kronos solutions, with a strong focus on implementation, customization, and support of various Kronos modules. This is a high-impact role that involves deep collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure optimal configuration, integration, and utilization of Kronos WFM technologies. Key Responsibilities System Configuration & Customization Design, develop, and maintain Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD) configurations, including pay rules, accruals, schedules, and interfaces. Integration & Development Develop and support integrations between Kronos and external systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), payroll, and timekeeping systems. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for Kronos applications, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime. Implementation & Upgrades Lead or support Kronos implementations and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. User Training & Documentation Assist in the development of training materials and provide technical training to HR and operations personnel as needed. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Management solutions in a technical role. Proficiency in Kronos configuration, integration, and report development. Deep understanding of Kronos modules: Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, Timekeeper, and Advanced Scheduler. Experience with WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), Interface Designer, APIs, and SQL scripting. Strong knowledge of payroll rules, labor laws, and compliance factors. Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle Kronos implementations or major upgrades. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience with cloud-based Kronos (UKG Dimensions) environments. Familiarity with HRIS systems integration (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Certification in Kronos (UKG) solutions is a plus.
