Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Designer located in Fishers, IN. The Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design process, from initial concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their vision, creating and presenting design proposals, managing project timelines, and coordinating with construction teams to ensure successful implementation of designs. The Lead Designer will also mentor junior designers and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design softwares such as Chief Architect, Sketchup, and others.
• Experience in creating and presenting design proposals.
• Strong project management skills, including managing timelines and budgets
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of construction processes and the ability to coordinate with construction teams
• Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior designers
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Hands-on experience in remodeling and renovation projects is a plus
