We are looking for a new Packing Supervisor to join our growing Outbound Team and Fulfillment Center network. This individual will report into our Outbound Manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the packing team to ensure that all items are packed in a timely and accurate manner. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: 180,000 sq. ft. in Farmers Branch, TX at 12301 N. Stemmons Fwy, Farmers Branch, TX 75234
\n
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 11:00am to 7:30pm CST
\n
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year
\n
Please note: Training for this position will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm for the first 3 to 4 weeks!
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Plan/organize work, train associates, and assign and direct work in partnership with the Supervisor or Manager, addressing issues and resolving problems
\n - Train associates on processes
\n - Assist the manager and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements and production needs
\n - Assist the manager and other staff to ensure compliance with all company rules, policies and guidelines
\n - Assure the safety and security of team members and inventory
\n - Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures
\n - Monitor associate production standards and partner with team members to ensure SOP's are followed
\n - Other tasks deemed necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies and guidelines are met
\n

Requirements:
\n
\n - High school diploma or GED equivalent
\n - Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independently\n
\n - Employees are expected to seek help or use appropriate equipment to ensure safety for any task involving pushing or pulling that exceeds 60 pounds
\n
\n \n - Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day
\n - Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain and logistics concepts
\n - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Outlook, and Excel)
\n - Strong problem solving and time management skills; strong attention to detail
\n - Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n - Ability to work independently and multitask
\n - Ability to follows process and standard procedures
