Aerotek is currently hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic in the greater Aberdeen, MD! Qualified candidates should be able to do the following:

Job Details:

• Primarily responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the production equipment around the facility
• Heavy focus on maintaining the injection molding equipment
• Will be doing scheduled PMs, as well as reactive/emergency maintenance when equipment goes down
• Assist with setting up machinery
• Partnering with the production team on limiting downtime
• Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic working in a production environment
• Ability to perform mechanical and electrical repairs
• Experience with preventative maintenance and responding to maintenance emergencies
• Blend of technical and interpersonal skills
• Continuous learning through training

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
