Location: Modesto, CA
Salary: $32 – $35 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

About the Role
A Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. This position involves assisting in market research, creating content, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life and help our clients achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Prepare marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign delivery
Track and report on marketing performance metrics
Support event planning and promotional activities
Maintain brand consistency across all channels
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
1–2 years of marketing experience or relevant internship experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creativity and a keen eye for detail
Strong organizational and analytical skills
