Maison La Perche is seeking a skilled and intuitive Massage Therapist to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for a therapist with strong lymphatic massage experience who values professionalism, consistency, and working within a refined, collaborative wellness environment.
Our studio offers a holistic treatment menu that includes manual massage, infrared sauna therapy, Ballancer Pro lymphatic compression, and LED therapy.
Role Overview
As a Massage Therapist at Maison La Perche, you will provide customized body treatments while working within established studio protocols and standards. You will be supported by a professional front desk team and a thoughtfully designed space that allows you to focus on high-quality client care.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform customized massage treatments with a focus on lymphatic massage
• Deliver consistent, high-quality care in alignment with Maison La Perche standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work with both studio-booked clients and returning personal contacts
• Collaborate with front desk staff to support smooth scheduling and client flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
• Integrate awareness of complementary services including infrared sauna, Ballancer Pro, and LED therapy
• Uphold professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality
Qualifications
• Valid California Massage Therapy Certification (CAMTC)
• Lymphatic massage training or experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of professional massage experience
• Strong communication skills and client-centered approach
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Interest in holistic wellness and recovery modalities is a plus
