We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Clerk to join our healthcare team in Scarborough, Maine. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing medical records and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately retrieve and organize medical records to ensure seamless access for healthcare staff.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain the integrity of medical documentation.
• Handle administrative duties as assigned, supporting the efficiency of daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Utilize video screening tools as required to fulfill job responsibilities and assist with record management.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive medical information.
• Communicate effectively with staff to resolve discrepancies or provide clarification on records.
• Stay up-to-date on industry practices and organizational policies related to medical data entry.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or data entry roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in handling sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry software and video screening tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues and resolving data discrepancies.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
