Job Description

We are seeking an experienced full-time Medical Practice Manager to lead daily operations across our growing clinics in Western Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and organized leader who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about developing teams, streamlining workflows, and supporting practice growth.

Schedule: Monday – Fridays, 8AM – 5PM

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor front office, clinical support, and administrative staff to ensure a high-performing, cohesive team.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and workflow efficiency.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing processes, and revenue cycle initiatives.

Implement policies and procedures to support compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

Partner directly with clinical leadership to enhance patient and staff experience.

Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and support staff development and retention.

Manage vendor relationships, supply ordering, and technology support coordination.

Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements across sites.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience and scope of responsibility)

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Medical Practice Manager required; multi-site experience preferred.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to motivate staff and build strong, collaborative teams.

Knowledge of practice operations, scheduling, billing, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

Commitment to patient-centered service and operational excellence.
