Temporary Administrative Support (Part-Time, In-Office – 20 hrs/week)

We are looking for a temporary team member to provide administrative support in our office. This role will focus on updating AR and customer files, organizing documents, scanning, filing, and pulling paperwork. The position also includes answering phones in a professional manner when needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills (phone and in person)
  • Willingness to handle entry-level administrative tasks
