Position: Office Administrator
Location: Floresville, TX
Onsite: 5 days a week
Duration: 4 months (covering a MAT leave)
Pay: $20-$24/hour
Summary:
Insight Global is seeking an Office Administrator for a client in Floresville, Texas. This individual will be covering MAT leave for the HR Manager. This will be onsite 5 days a week. This role will be responsible for the below.
HR Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic HR functions such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and supporting recruitment efforts.
Data Entry: Accurately input data into Excel and other Office Suite applications.
Dropbox Management: Organize and manage files using Dropbox.
Filing: Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
HR Knowledge: Apply basic HR knowledge to support the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with Dropbox or similar file management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
