Summary

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team at Sierra Pallet in Northern Nevada. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide high-quality pallet solutions through efficient construction and repair processes.
Responsibilities

• Construct and repair pallets using nail guns.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Qualifications
• Proficiency in operating power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and efficiently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in fabrication, assembly or construction is preferred.
