Pharmacy Technician – Direct Hire – $20–$30/hr | 2nd & 3rd Shift | Dallas, TX

We are hiring a Direct Hire Pharmacy Technician for a growing pharmacy operation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This full-time, on-site position offers consistent evening or overnight hours, a professional work environment, and long-term stability.

Openings are available on 2nd shift (3:30 PM–11:00 PM) and 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) .

What You Will Do

• Support pharmacy operations, including medication preparation and labeling
• Assist with measuring, counting, packaging, and tracking prescriptions
• Maintain inventory accuracy and restock supplies as needed
• Complete documentation and follow all standard procedures
• Work closely with pharmacists and operations staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Maintain workflow organization, safety, and consistency during assigned shift

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• Experience in retail, hospital, or compounding pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Ability to follow established pharmacy procedures
• Comfortable committing to a consistent 2nd or 3rd shift schedule
