Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Pay: $18/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare pallets for domestic and international transport.
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and standing pallet jacks.
• Utilize handheld scanners, iPads, and desk scanners for inventory tracking.
• Perform tasks efficiently using technology such as scanners, tablets, and inventory management software.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues (e.g., scanners disconnecting from tablets).
• Accurately manage inventory, ensuring proper movement and tracking of products.
• Adhere strictly to company protocols and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Requirements:

• Experience using technology such as Windows PCs, iOS devices, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, handheld/desk scanners, tape guns, and forklifts.
• Comfortable lifting packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Basic understanding of shipping concepts (dimensions, weights, packaging).
• Able to operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts (experience preferred but training provided).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Technology and Software:

Experience with any of the following is highly beneficial:

• ShipHero WMS
• Microsoft Office 365
• iOS and Windows
• Handheld and desk scanners
• iPads and handheld devices

Compensation:

• $18/hour
• Training provided on-site (live, video, written, spoken, hands-on).
• Accommodations available as needed, provided they do not create undue burden.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
