Responsibilities Complete M and M University Organize and build your database Communicate with your database Intern with teams or agents when possible Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income Learn sales talk and scripts Misc. activities as needed Complete required outbound research calls Learn, familiarize, and utilize M and M Commercial benefits: Costar access (Commercial MLS) Proprietary Database: MNET Lexis Nexis(Analytics software) Marcus and Millichap University Education and Certification 5-month program with a 90-day accountabilityfollow-up plan The most effective commercial real estate training in the country Qualifications 18 years of age or older High School education, college preferred Willingness and commitment to obtaining a real estate license Passing real estate school and M and M University Desire to earn income in a high-pay commission industry Driven High Capacity Coachable Motivated Urgent Mindset Real Estate license is not required to start. We can help you obtain your license so you can start earning commissions.
