Observability Analyst

12 month contract to hire

Dallas, TX or Jersey City, NJ -- hybrid onsite 3 days/week

***Only local candidates to Dallas or Jersey City will be considered.

***Candidates must be able to working W2 basis without sponsorship

Position Overview:

This person will be joining the Enterprise Observability Team which does foundation alerting and monitoring. They make sure visualizations and dashboards are available to support and engineering teams and app dev teams (allow visibility on how the applications are doing).

They are migrating their current monitoring tool from OpenText to Grafana (enterprise) so this analyst will help work with stakeholders to gather requirements and determine how the monitoring should look like as a finished product.

Must Haves:

• Grafana or slack monitoring tool migration experience
• Technical depth in infra / app monitoring
• Dynatrace, Splunk and/or automation experience (supporting in project capacity)
• Product Owner or Business Analysis experience, or the ability to work with stakeholders in a functional capacity
