Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Platform Roadmap Development: Work alongside senior leadership to establish long-term product direction and assess new technologies for integration. - Customer Discovery & Research: Conduct onsite visits and interviews with brewing professionals such as Head Brewers, Cellar Operators, and Quality Managers to identify needs and pain points. - Backlog & Story Management: Translate customer insights into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, while maintaining an organized, prioritized backlog. - AI & Machine Learning Utilization: Apply AI-based tools to streamline requirements gathering and integrate machine learning models into brewing and fermentation analytics. - Agile Delivery Oversight: Facilitate agile ceremonies, guide sprint planning, and work closely with engineers to balance feature scope, resources, and delivery timelines. - Client Engagement & Adoption: Present new capabilities through demonstrations, support product rollouts, and track adoption and customer engagement metrics. Skills & Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis within SaaS or IoT-driven platforms. - Strong background in agile practices with experience delivering across multiple platforms. - Skilled in technical documentation and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, creating dashboards, and interpreting data to guide decision-making. - Experience with IoT or sensor-based monitoring technologies. - Hands-on experience with modern product management tools such as Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms. - Valid passport or Real ID with ability to travel domestically.
