Role Description – Project Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are seeking a  Project Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage project scope from start to finish
  • Review and process change orders, submittals, and addendums
  • Oversee material procurement and scheduling
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction (medium to large scale)
  • Proficient with  Procore project management software
  • Background or experience in estimating preferred
  • Skilled in  PlanSwift takeoff software
  • Experience in material scheduling and logistics management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive both in-office and on-site
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
