Job Description

We’re looking for a 3D artist who can work autonomously while also being a strong team player. In this startup environment, you’ll be expected to take ownership of your projects and manage your time effectively. This is not a typical 9-to-5 job—it’s an opportunity to contribute to something growing fast, collaborate with passionate teammates, and make a real impact.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with engineers to integrate assets into unity
• Model and texture high-quality, mobile-optimized 3D environments and props
• Create and implement in-game ready, real-time 3D assets
• Support the game development process from inception through launch and into live operations
• Build and improve the games visual style
• Document workflows and share best practiced to help scale production
• Conduct play-testing and art reviews, contribute to iteration and feedback that will make the game better

What you bring

• Strong portfolio of game-ready 3D assets (Bonus if you’ve shipped a mobile title)
• Mastery of Blender (or similar) + deep understanding of performance optimization
• Eye for style, scale, lighting, and polish
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Clear communicator, natural collaborator, self-starter
• Experience working in Unity or other real-time engines
• Bonus: UI/UX or 2D art skills, but not required
