Motus Marketing is a growing sales and direct marketing firm based in Albuquerque. We partner with major retailers to represent nationally recognized brands through in-store events and face-to-face customer interactions. Our focus is simple: develop motivated individuals into confident leaders through hands-on training and real advancement opportunities.

This Sales Management Trainee role is an entry point into leadership. You’ll begin by learning customer engagement and event-based sales while gaining exposure to daily operations. From there, you’ll progressively take on responsibilities in team leadership, training, and business development. This is a structured growth role with clear expectations, ongoing mentorship, and performance-based promotions.

What You’ll Do

• Represent well-known brands inside partnered retail locations
• Engage customers, build rapport, and deliver clear product presentations
• Execute sales strategies to hit individual and team goals
• Train directly with leadership in areas like recruiting, coaching, and operations
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as you advance
