Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in San Francisco. In this role, you will work on-site with a Salesforce consulting partner to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client business needs. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP) with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements , translating them into technical solutions.
• Leverage Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, App Builder) to configure business processes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to deliver on project goals.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with declarative development (Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects).
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud .
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools .
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator, App Builder ) strongly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities .
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco full-time.
