Qualifications

• Strong communication skills- verbally and written
• High attention to detail and excellent follow through
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
• Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), PLM (Product Life Management) system
• Great Fashion sense and aware of newest fashion trends
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Apparel Industry

Responsibilities

• As the Sample Coordinator, your job is facilitating the processing, tracking, organization, and shipment of all samples across multiple categories
• Sample gatekeeper, manage inventory and organization of samples, packing/unpacking, archiving dated samples
• Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from order to delivery across Departments and through final archiving
• Follow up on any missing samples via email with domestic / overseas suppliers
• Constant communication with our domestic / overseas suppliers to ensure on time delivery of samples
• Pull and package samples for photoshoots as needed, influencer moments, and PR needs
• Organize in house sample racks and showroom closet
