Job Description Job Description Warehouse Sanitation Associates - AM & PM Shifts Available Location: Richmond, VA Schedule: Sunday - Friday Pay & Shifts AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $16.50/hr starting pay $17/hr once converted PM Shift: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM | $16.50/hr About the Role We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Sanitation Associates to join our team! These positions are responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of our cold storage warehouse. You'll work in refrigerated conditions, using specialized cleaning equipment to keep the facility safe and efficient. Key Responsibilities Operate Zamboni-style ride-on floor cleaner (XR-40 FactoryCat) Perform pressure washing and other deep-cleaning tasks throughout the warehouse Use forklift (sit-down) and pallet jack (stand-up) to move products and pallets as needed Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floors, walls, and cooler areas Follow all safety and sanitation standards Requirements Experience operating forklift and pallet jack preferred Comfortable working in cold environments (approx. 35 F) Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply today to join our sanitation team and help keep our warehouse clean, safe, and efficient!
