TechConnect is seeking a senior level trainer with a specific focus on SAP training for an industry leading client in Tulsa, OK. Our client is looking for an individual that is well versed in SAP training best practices to design, develop and deliver highly effective SAP training programs for the companies users, super-users, support staff, and more.

 

This position can be worked remotely, however, there will be a large amount of travel for the next 18 months. The travel will average 60-70% over the next year and a half, but there will times when it is less. 

 

As the SAP Trainer for the organization you will develop and deliver SAP training programs tailored to various user groups and business needs. You will conduct training sessions in multiple formats for end-users, key users, administrators, and maintain/update training documentation in line with SAP system updates and business process changes. You will create training materials such as user manuals, e-learning modules, quick reference guides, job aids, etc. You will collaborate with business process owners and SAP functional consultants to understand any system changes and translate them into training needs. You will support SAP go-live and post-go-live activities through floor support and one-on-one coaching. You will evaluate training effectiveness, tailor improvements based on feedback gathered and performance assessments, and provide ongoing support/refresher training as needed. 

 

To be successful in this role you must have a passion for training specifically within SAP. You must be able to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and present to users, management and upper leadership. You need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal team members and cross-functional teams while delivering exceptional support and service. You must possess strong organizational abilities and thrive in a collaborative company environment. 

 

Qualifications/Skills/Education

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP training and/or a similar training position.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, and others.
• SAP certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles and hands on training experience. 
• Experience with instructional design tools, e-learning platforms, change management and user adoption strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, human resources or a similar field.
• High attention to detail, strong documentation and analytical problem solving skills.
• High integrity and moral standards.

 

Hybrid Work Environment

• 100% remote with 60-70% travel to multiple locations throughout the United States.
