Job Summary

The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Oncology serves as a field-based scientific expert supporting medical strategy through meaningful engagement with thought leaders (TLs) and healthcare providers (HCPs). This role focuses on scientific exchange, life cycle management, and insight generation to advance the medical and scientific understanding of oncology therapies.

Responsibilities

• Engage TLs and HCPs to provide and gather balanced, evidence-based medical/scientific information.
• Support investigator-sponsored and company-sponsored study activities, including site identification and study execution.
• Attend and represent the company at key medical and scientific meetings.
• Generate and communicate field insights to inform cross-functional strategy.
• Provide medical training and support for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a scientific field (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, DPT, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 7–8 years of MSL experience; oncology required.
• Proven success with product launches, life cycle management, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and compliance standards (PhRMA, OIG, etc.).
• Willingness to travel 50–70% within the assigned territory.
