Senior Tax Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager with extensive experience in serving high net worth individuals. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive tax planning and compliance services, ensuring clients maximize their tax efficiencies while navigating complex regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective tax strategies for high net worth clients
- Provide guidance on international tax matters, including compliance with foreign tax laws
- Oversee transfer pricing strategies and documentation
- Manage federal and state tax compliance and reporting for high net worth individuals
- Conduct tax research to identify opportunities and risks
- Coordinate audits and provide support to clients during tax audits
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Staying current with regulatory changes and advising clients on potential impacts
- Lead and mentor junior staff in tax-related matters and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax management, preferably with high net worth clientele
- In-depth knowledge of tax planning and compliance for individuals and corporations
- Experience in international tax and transfer pricing
- Strong skills in tax research and analysis
- Proficient in tax software and reporting tools
- Excellent client management and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
